Our Team

We believe in the power of art and people to change the world and we approach each project as a revolutionary campaign. The people who oversee the exhibitions, projects, programming, and daily operations of Manjm come from a wide variety of backgrounds and bring us a diverse range of skills and expertise.

Our team is small and mighty. We operate in an informal, fast-paced, non-hierarchal culture where everyone is passionate about their work. We bring energy, passion and attention to detail to everything we do.

Founders

Manjm was founded on September 2017 by Graphic Designer Tamer Qais and Artist Rabia Salfiti, their mission is to provide a space for the cultural experience of alternative art forms, create an environment for exchange, dialogue and development, and provide a safe haven for experimenting and the development of the avant garde.

Executive Cabinet

With combined expertise in art history, art curation, design, strategic planning, international collaboration, finance, law, human resources, communications and marketing, visitor experience, fundraising, and more, this team provides counsel, develops exhibitions and educational programs that benefit an ever-widening audience.
